Step by step
1. Export your data from Housecall Pro as CSV

Save each export to your computer so you have a CSV for customers, one for your products and services, and so on.

3. Download the matching YouWork CSV template
In YouWork, open Settings and find the import section. For each record type — Customers, Leads, Jobs, Invoices, Catalog, Properties — you download a CSV template. The template carries the exact column headers YouWork expects, so your data lands in the right fields the first time.
4. Paste your data into the template columns
Open the YouWork template next to your Housecall Pro export. Copy each column from your Housecall Pro file into the matching column in the YouWork template — name to name, phone to phone, price to price. It’s a copy-paste job, not retyping.
5. Upload
Save the filled-in template and upload it into YouWork. Your records show up in the app. Repeat for each record type you want to bring over.
